Our pedagogical organisation

AD FINE pedagogy

In order to ensure that the participants benefit as much as possible, AD FINE training courses are based on three principles :

Theoretical reflection ;
Methodological and practical references in companies ;
Exercises based on a case study which serves as a guideline throughout the training.

AD FINE training courses are available :

in intra-group sessions on the organisation's premises,
inter-company, in premises reserved by AD FINE,
digitalised in the form of webinars.

AD FINE's training courses are offered from a catalogue or tailored to the specificity of the organisation, inspired by its processes and its production area or territory.

Attentive to the quality of its services, AD FINE is certified ISO 9001 (quality management) and Qualiopi for its training activities. The latter can thus be taken in charge by a skills operator (OPCO).

The public

In order to adapt to the specificities of each structure and to the needs of the people to be trained, AD FINE offers three levels of training modules :

Initiation,
Intermediate,
Expertise.

AD FINE training courses are aimed at professionals in the public and private sectors (industrial companies, hospitals, technical centres, competitiveness clusters, etc).

The team of trainers

François AMIEUX

He holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences, a Specialised Master's degree in eco-design and environmental management from Arts et Métiers ParisTech and a Business and Management University Diploma from Paris Dauphine. He has taken the CSR, ISO 50001 and Bilan Carbone® training courses from AFNOR and ADEME. He has experience in eco-design, carbon assessment, circular economy and environmental communication.

Stéphanie CHAUDOREILLE

A biochemical engineer from INSA LYON, she specialised by obtaining a Specialised Master's degree in eco-design and environmental management from Arts et Métiers ParisTech. Her expertise is in environmental projects: environmental management (ISO 14001), implementation of eco-design approaches, implementation of environmental analyses and LCA of products and processes.

Denis DAVID

He holds a Diplôme d'Etude Supérieur Spécialisé in the manufacture and use of advanced materials from the University of Limoges and a Mastère Spécialisé in eco-design and environmental management from Arts et Métiers ParisTech. He has also completed the AFNOR audit 50001 training course. He is an ICA auditor N°12543. With an overview of energy/environmental issues, he can provide a specialist view of energy efficiency issues in companies.

Cyrille LAPORTE

Mechanical Engineering Design and Product Innovation from INSA Lyon and holder of a Specialised Master's Degree in Energy and Environmental Efficiency from CESI Lyon. With an overview of the energy theme, he can provide a specialist view of energy efficiency issues in companies.
